Epic’s structural engineering team was hired to provide designs for the rennovation of an old, delapidated former hardware store into an open, airy reception center. The building had interior load-bearing walls, a second story, and sagging floors. Our structural engineers designed steel beam reinforcements for the roof and improved the stability of the floor, as well as a beautiful suspended staircase and landing. Our MEP team designed the electrical and hvac systems for the rennovation.
