This project was a multi-disciplinary engineering effort delivered by Epic Engineering for the Lythgoe Design Group architects on the new Heber Light and Power building. Our team provided structural, MEP, civil, geotechnical, and testing and inspections services. The structural scope included full building design and analysis—from foundation through roof framing—while the MEP design integrated advanced systems such as geothermal hydronic heating, coordinated mechanical and electrical layouts, plumbing systems, and detailed load calculations. Electrical and lighting design further supported the project with full system coordination, photometric planning, and site electrical layouts.

On the site development side, the civil and geotechnical work addressed everything from site layout and utility design to stormwater management, roadway and parking improvements, and preparation of bid-ready construction documents. Subsurface investigations and soil analysis informed foundation and grading recommendations, ensuring long-term performance and safety. Altogether, the project resulted in a fully coordinated design package ready for permitting and construction.
