Epic provided all the civil engineering, architectural and structural design, MEP, and quality control for the new Karl Malone dealership on Main Street in Heber City. This included the drainage design for the facility. The 20,000-square-foot building was completed in 2019 and includes a showroom, offices, and a large service area.
