Provided full mechanical, electrical, lighting, and plumbing (MEP) design services for a 9,100-square-foot tenant improvement within the existing commercial building in Hyde Park (Cache Valley), Utah. Working under the project architect, our team supported the build-out of first- and second-level office space, a call center, and a dedicated electrical/server room.
Mechanical scope included HVAC and ventilation design, heating and cooling load calculations, equipment sizing and specifications, demand calculations, compliance documentation, and kitchen exhaust hood design. Plumbing design encompassed hot and cold water distribution, sanitary and vent systems, natural gas piping and load schematics, along with associated schedules and details.
Electrical and lighting services included finish power design, panel schedules, fixture specifications, fault current calculations (as required), lighting layout and photometric analysis (as required), and coordination with mechanical equipment and architectural elements.
Throughout the project, we participated in kickoff and quality assurance/control meetings, coordinated closely with the architect and civil team, and addressed plan review comments, RFIs, and selected contractor equipment submittals to support successful permitting and construction.
