Epic's engineers have provided civil engineering, structural engineering, survey, geotech, and material testing services for this 1,500-acre ranch development in Kamas, Utah. This included the stormwater master plan for the development, as well as the design of the 6.5-acre parking lots associated with the Dejoria Center concert venue. In 2017, our team designed the 62-home Thorn Creek subdivision for the development.
