Epic Engineering provided the preconstruction design and engineering of 5.4 miles of rural roadway in Uintah County through steep terrain and narrow drainages. County Road 4190 was a unique project due to its environmental constraints, our project includes hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of stream channel crossing, roadway swales, and proper culvert sizing to ensure the safety of the road design.
