Epic Engineering designed a new addition to an existing storage facility for Utah Valley Self Storage. We performed survey, geotech, civil engineering, electrical design, structural design, and architectural design for the project.
The addition provides more than 45,000 square feet of storage space in 127 self-storage units on a 2.134-acre plot.
